Bill Hunt

Chief Financial Officer and Co-owner

Bill earned his B.A. degree in Theology from Ouachita Baptist University in 1963. After moving to St. Louis in 1969 to manage retail stores, he returned to college and completed his M.B.A. in Accounting in 1979 at the University of Missouri St. Louis. While working for AAA Auto Club of MO he acquired CPA certification.

From January, 1981 to the present, Bill has maintained his own business, FASAT, Inc. as a Certified Public Accountant maintaining corporate financial records and completing individual and corporate tax returns.

Bill also worked as Chief Financial Officer for Biological Technology Lab from August, 1989 to November, 2009, spearheading acquisitions, financial statements, and billing management.

In 1994, he teamed up with Tamara Bishop Schwartz to start BioTech X-ray, Inc. to provide mobile x-ray, ultrasound, and EKG services in the St. Louis area. As co-owner and Chief Financial Officer, he has led a stream of expansion and acquisitions to extend the company outreach to Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Bill’s son Ric joined BioTech X-Ray in December 2005 after his graduation from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is now Vice President of Internal Operations of the company.

Bill has 4 children, 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He enjoys playing singles tennis on a regular basis and has traveled as far as St. George, Utah, to participate in amateur senior tennis competitions. He also enjoys traveling extensively.
